BSM Investments, Inc. is a leading US real estate investment, development, and management company that was founded in California and is now headquartered in Utah. We have been engaged in real estate and corporate acquisitions, real estate development, and management for more than 35 years.

BSM Investments recommends using a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to establish a real estate investment fund. The sole purpose of the fund is to develop, build and manage a Long-Term Care Facility in the USA. Investors of this SPV will pay their investment funds on a quarterly basis and will receive 11% annual interest on their invested funds. If the company sells it, investors still have the opportunity to share its appreciation.

Our Real Estate Track Record

BSM believes successful real estate assets are the product of cutting-edge development, innovative technologies, and streamlined management practices. We have developed some of Utah's finest hotels, residential buildings, and office buildings in Salt Lake City, Utah Valley, Park City, and Deer Valley. 

  • In 2007, BSM brought the first Hyatt - Salt Lake City/Sandy Hyatt to Utah and has been nominated by Hyatt Regency.
  • In 2008, BSM won the ALIS Development of the Year Award.
  • In 2012, our Hyatt Hotel won the prestigious Hyatt Hotel of the Year Award. Since then, we have added Salt Lake City/Cottonwood Hyatt Residence and Salt Lake City/Lehi Hyatt Residence.
  • In 2017, we opened the new Marriott SpringHill Suites in South Jordan, Utah.
  • In 2022, we're expanding to Seattle, Jackson Hole, and many western states.


Our Venture Capital Acquisition Track Record

With a seasoned team of venture capital consultants, a strong network of industry experts, and a deep connection to global venture and start-up ecosystems, we have provided strategic consultancy and support to many successful Venture Capital Acquisitions. 

  • In 1998, BSM participated in the IPO (initial public offering) of Entrust Technologies, Inc. as a co-manager. Acquisition amount: US$142 million.
  • In 1999, KPMG acquired Softline Consulting & Integrators, Inc. Acquisition amount: US$79 million.
  • In 2000, CMGI merged with Flycast Communications Corporation. Acquisition amount: US$1.2 billion.
  • In 2001, Tellabs, Inc. acquired Ocular Networks, Inc. Acquisition amount: US$355 million. 
  • In 2002, Intel acquired Tunable Laser Technology from New Focus, Inc. Acquisition amount: US$50 million.

Business Process

BSM’s talented financial team works closely with each client and provides financial support to record, report, and improve business performance. 

Our team assists with the personal property financial analysis process and develops the financial control and reporting system for the entire business. On a monthly basis, we carry out continuous transaction monitoring and provide a profit and loss statement that could be used to track the company’s performance. On a quarterly basis, we implement a revenue and expenditure outlook, which will be compared with the actual monthly results to monitor performance and make necessary adjustments in daily operations to achieve the desired company profit.


Every quarter, BSM and investors will meet to discuss the current performance of the investment portfolio, individual properties, and plans for the continued growth of the investment portfolio.

Potential Exit Strategy

Investors have two potential exit strategies: 

  1. Initial public offering (IPO).  We can seek to make the fund go public within seven to eight years of operation. The fund can be used not only to create liquidity for investors but also to serve as additional capital for the development of our international promotion strategy. 
  2. Mergers and acquisitions with private or listed companies. We believe that with ample cash flow and a robust investment portfolio, our company will be very attractive to potential corporate investors in seven to eight years. The actual value has been created through a novel combination of real estate investment services and the group recommender systems.
